The Body Clinic is a therapeutic massage practice in South Ogden and Taylor, Utah. This application — The Body Clinic client account — is how our clients book and manage their own massage appointments, keep their health intake information current, and look after their memberships and gift cards.
The application is operated by Altruistic Body Clinic LLC (doing business as The Body Clinic) and is available to anyone who books massage therapy with us. Creating an account is free, and you can request deletion of your account at any time.
Choose a therapist, service, and time at either the South Ogden or Taylor location, then reschedule or cancel from your account without calling the front desk.
Review upcoming and past sessions, including which service you received and which therapist you saw, so you can rebook the same care.
Fill out health history, areas of concern, and consent forms before you arrive, and update them as your health changes.
View your membership status and included sessions, purchase or redeem gift cards, and manage bookings for family members linked to your account.
Choose whether appointment confirmations and reminders reach you by email or SMS, and change or withdraw that choice at any time.
You can create an account with an email address and password, or you can choose "Sign in with Google". Google sign-in is optional and is offered only as a faster alternative to a password.
When you sign in with Google, this application requests only your basic profile information — your name, your email address, and a unique Google account identifier.
We request that data for a single purpose: to authenticate you and match you to your client record, so that the appointments, forms, and membership shown to you are your own. Your email address is also used to send appointment confirmations and reminders.
We do not receive your Google password, and we do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, your contacts, or your calendar. We do not sell or rent information obtained through Google sign-in, and we do not use it for advertising or to build advertising profiles.
You can revoke this application's access at any time from your Google account permissions page, or contact us to have your client account and its data deleted.
