Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens. Our policy is designed to be fair while protecting our therapists' time.

• First appointment: No cancellation fees. Welcome.
• More than 24 hours before your appointment: Cancel free of charge.
• Less than 24 hours before: A late-cancellation fee of 30% of your service price applies.
• No-shows: A no-show fee equal to the full service price applies.

Members

We extend grace. The first late cancellation each calendar month is on us. After that, the appointment counts toward your monthly membership credits. Repeated no-shows or chronic late cancellations may use additional credits or convert to a cash fee if no credits remain.

Review

All fees are subject to manual review — we'd rather talk than charge. If you have a card on file, approved fees may be charged automatically. If not, fees are recorded as outstanding and we may follow up.
