Respectful, Consent-Led Care
Therapeutic breast and chest work, delivered with dignity by a licensed therapist — your comfort and consent come first, always.

Breast massage is a legitimate, therapeutic service — and at The Body Clinic in Ogden, it’s delivered with the same professionalism, structure, and respect as any other modality we offer. For many people the breast and chest tissue is simply overlooked in bodywork, even when it’s exactly where tension, scarring, or congestion is held. This is focused, clinical-quality care provided by a licensed massage therapist, with clear boundaries and your full understanding of what the session involves.
People come to us for many reasons: recovery after breast surgery, mastectomy, or reconstruction; comfort, softness, and scar-mobility work after a breast augmentation; mobility work around scar tissue; lymphatic support; or persistent tension and heaviness in the chest wall. Whatever brings you in, you’ll never be rushed or pushed past what feels right. We begin with a private conversation and a dedicated breast-massage intake form so we understand your history, your goals, and your comfort level before any hands-on work begins.
Above all, you are in control. Every step is explained before it happens, consent is confirmed throughout, and you can pause, adjust, or stop the session at any moment — no explanation needed. Our role is to provide skilled, compassionate care for a part of the body that deserves the same attention as any other. We serve clients across Ogden, Taylor, Layton, and the broader Weber and Davis County communities.

Every session begins with a private, unhurried consultation. You’ll complete our dedicated breast-massage intake form, and your therapist will review your health history, surgical or medical background, and what you’re hoping the work can support. This is the time to ask questions, raise concerns, and set boundaries — nothing moves forward until you understand the plan and feel comfortable with it.
During the session, professional draping is used at all times, and only the specific area being worked on is ever undraped. Your therapist explains each step before it happens and checks in with you throughout, confirming consent as the work progresses. Pressure is always within your comfort, and you’re welcome to pause, adjust, or end the session at any point — you remain fully in control from start to finish.
Afterward, your therapist will share simple aftercare guidance — gentle movement, hydration, and what to notice in the day or two that follow. Many clients find it helpful to take the rest of the appointment slowly. If the work is part of post-surgical or ongoing recovery, we can discuss a comfortable rhythm for future visits that fits your healing and your goals.
Yes. Breast massage is a recognized form of bodywork provided by a licensed massage therapist for therapeutic reasons such as post-surgical recovery, scar-tissue mobility, lymphatic support, and chest-wall tension. It is delivered with the same professionalism, structure, and ethical standards as every other service at The Body Clinic. It is never anything other than clinical, respectful care.
Your visit begins with a private intake on our dedicated breast-massage form, and your information stays confidential. Professional draping is used throughout, with only the area being worked on undraped at any time. Your therapist explains each step, confirms your consent as the session progresses, and you can pause, adjust, or stop at any moment — no explanation needed.
It’s for anyone who may benefit from focused chest and breast work — including people recovering from breast surgery, mastectomy, or reconstruction, those managing scar tissue or restricted mobility, and anyone carrying tension, heaviness, or lymphatic congestion in the chest. If you’re unsure whether it’s right for you, we’re glad to talk it through before you book.
Yes. Many clients come in after a breast augmentation for gentle work that may support softness, comfort, and the mobility of the surrounding tissue and scars as they heal. Timing matters, so always follow your surgeon’s post-operative guidance and get their clearance before starting. When you book, let us know about your procedure and how far along you are in recovery so we can tailor the session and keep everything within your comfort.
After your consultation, you’ll be draped and positioned comfortably. Your therapist works only within the boundaries you’ve agreed to, explaining and checking in at each step. Techniques may include gentle scar-tissue and lymphatic work and chest-wall release, always within your comfort. The session ends with aftercare guidance, and you stay in control the entire time.
Reserve your session online, or reach out and we’ll help you choose.
